Have you cleared with Hinshaw Music any permission required to post the sample of your work? They obviously would have negotiated some proprietary rights involved with their publication of it. I am not a lawyer and not even based in the US, so I won’t offer any advice, however, I'm not prepared to unblock the work without some more information.
Would it be possible to post the entire work under the CC Non-commercial No Derivatives licence? (I’d estimate the possibility of Hinshaw Music agreeing to that as somewhere between nought and zero, but I thought I would ask anyway.)
