London-based engraver, printer and music publisher. Began publishing around 1818 as Hart & Fellows. Mainly engraved sacred music. Joseph Hart (not to be confused with the earlier poet, or the contemporaneous Joseph Binns Hart, or the later composer) continued alone from about 1830 until 1858.
