Grove Music lists the instrumentation as "B, 2 vn, 2 fl, b viol, bc", although there are 2 melody lines in the score. These are unlabelled in the 1705 Danican edition, but multiple instruments would play unison on each line. It would be useful to look at the first publication, Mottets a voix seule . . . but as of yet, IMSLP does not have this uploaded.
