Misc. Notes Original images: ca.300dpi, color tif (from pdf) files approx. 2040 by 3170 pixels. Editing: re-sampled to 600dpi, converted to black and white tif files, de-skewed, and set uniform margins. The version for piano solo aslo serves as the piano-conductor score. The version for orchestra with piano-conductor score was registered for copyright protection in the U.S. in 1927 (no.7032) but was not renewed in the mid 1950s.
In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because it was published without a compliant copyright notice or no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was apparently ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS.
