Navigation etc.

Interesting that Jurgenson would issue its arrangement at the same time that Senff issued that score, parts, and an arrangement of its own (by Kleinmichel)... but Taylor mentions several other works by Rubinstein published by both Jurgenson and Senff, so not incredible.
