See Wikipedia article. Am guessing that the Vladimir Zotov identified in the article is Vladimir Rafailovich Zotov. The opera, apart from the overture, is now lost.

Overture has been recorded on Marco Polo (1998) by the conductor Horia Andreescu (whose notes specify that the opera, not just the overture, was finished by 1850, though the former was not performed until 1852 because of trouble with the censors.)
