Re no.1: not sure whether Eleanora Louisa Montagu Hervey wrote this, but it appears in 1869 a collection of poems under her name some of which she is careful to attribute to others, and her preface explains convincingly how it is that this (and other) poems in the collection (whether or not she wrote them) appear several times (uncredited) in different 1868 issues of journals before appearing in her 1869 collection.
